Laser particle counters are sophisticated air quality meters for quickly and accurately measuring particle concentrations in the air. Traditional devices are extremely expensive and are commonly used in hospitals, laboratories and clean room facilities - where clean air is critical. Every second, the Eros measures the most important parameters of the room climate such as CO₂ and fine dust and draws your attention to your living and working environment. The air quality sensor measures so precisely that it can even detect aerosols. The accompanying app gives you real-time insights into how comfortable and healthy the air quality is and notifications when limits are reached.
The fine dust in the air is measured in different particle sizes
As air is cycled through the device, both small and large particles are counted and displayed. Small particles include: fine dust, bacteria, mold, tobacco smoke and smog. Large particles include: coarse dust, pollen, larger bacteria, plant spores, pet hair and dust mite droppings. Anyone with allergies or asthma can use this information to specifically monitor their problem areas. For example, someone with an allergy to pollen will be particularly interested in the large number of particles in their air.

Monitor mode: Air is sampled for one minute every hour
Minute History Mode: View data recorded over the last hour, minute by minute
