RespiPro® Virus-Killer certified nanofiber FFP2 & CPA protective mask

A respirator that offers high protection against Sars-CoV-2 viruses and sterilizes itself at the same time: RespiPro® Virus Killer (3rd generation of the RespiPro® virus killer) is the first certified anti-COVID-19 protective mask with this function worldwide.
RespiPro® Virus-Killer (2nd generation of RespiPro® Virus-Killer) not only offers protection by filtering floating particles, but also destroys viruses and bacteria thanks to two additional layers with accelerated copper ions. Due to this new, additional pathogen deactivating effect, the product no longer represents biologically hazardous waste after use.

RespiPro® virus killer (2nd generation of the RespiPro® virus killer) respirator mask (also called protective or half mask) corresponds to the WHO recommendations as a certified anti-COVID-19 protective mask

EU regulation PPE-R/02.075 version 2 for this specific use. This means that the minimum protection factor of the respirator corresponds to that of an FFP2 classification according to EN 149:2001+A1:2009.

A nanofiber membrane is used in the respirator to filter the suspended particles

RespiPro®  (Respilon®) RFT nanofiber membrane. used. This nanofiber layer - shown as the middle layer in the above illustration - is not laminated and therefore offers very high breathability. The outer layers of fabric with accelerated copper ions (ACuO) serve to deactivate the viruses and bacteria trapped in the nanofiber filter with an effectiveness of 99.9% on the inside and outside.

The accelerated copper ions give the RespiPro® Virus-Killer (2nd generation of RespiPro® Virus-Killer) respirator a natural and skin-like color, making it more civilian and

no longer looks medical.

The special 3D design and the material of the respirator allows you to weigh only

3.7 grams particularly comfortable to wear.

The filter property with regard to viruses and bacteria has been tested and confirmed by Nelson Labarotories (Salt Lake City, USA). The pathogen-deactivating effect of the respirator on  viruses and bacteria was tested and evaluated in the Laboratory of Biological Monitoring and Protection in Brno, after which no more viruses and bacteria could be detected after 30 minutes, at the latest after three hours . This means that after three hours of non-use at the latest, the respirator is sterile again and ready for the next use. The RespiPro® Virus-Killer (2nd generation of the RespiPro® Virus-Killer) respirator mask is an anti-COVID-19 mask that catches viruses and bacteria in a very short time thanks to its nanofiber and copper layer. The accelerated ions on the copper layers on the inside and outside of the COVID-19 mask then ensure that the trapped viruses and bacteria are deactivated, whether they come from the environment or come from the user themselves .

The mask can be worn repeatedly for a maximum of 168 hours (max. 1 week) without any maintenance. This is primarily dependent on the respirator being fully seated on the face with no signs of wear.

The respirator mask is available in a pack of 2 in sizes medium and large. In order to guarantee a perfect adjustment to different face shapes and proportions, an additional plastic clamp is included in the scope of delivery, which is used to adjust the elastic band at the end of the wearer's head to the individual head shape.
